The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is expensive, but it's worth every penny. S and I spent a solid chunk of time there today, and both of us really enjoyed the experience. I think that we both especially enjoyed the hour-long inductee multimedia presentation.
It's hard to express what was so good about it--it's exceptionally well-done, there are some cool artifacts there, music is really important to both S and I--but I do know that it's interesting seeing rock music treated as something that belongs in a museum.
Anyhow, I would HIGHLY recommend the Rock Hall to anyone who likes music at all. Suck it up and pay the $20 admission fee. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I loved the RnR hall of fame. It was great. I am both a music buff and a history buff, so there's nothing better than the history of rock music. I loved the costume room.
