On the dinner experiment thing. Because all I did was roast a big ol' bunch of asparagus with olive oil and lemon juice and sea salt. I'd never done it before, so it was sort of a dinner experiment. I should have cooked them for a minute or so less--it was a little done. But pretty yummy, nonetheless. And very filling. I will absolutely be doing the asparagus roasting again.
